Soy Paloma (B\u00e1nquez). Tuve claro mi nombre art\u00edstico con unos 9 a\u00f1os aunque nunca he tenido la oportunidad de darme a conocer en este sentido.\u00a0<br \/>Gestora e Int\u00e9rprete cultural (por mis estudios de grado y m\u00e1ster) trabaj\u00e9 como apoyo en la coordinaci\u00f3n de la exposici\u00f3n \u201cContar un monte de oro. 10 a\u00f1os de fumetti en la Academia\u201d en la Real Academia de Espa\u00f1a en Roma, Italia, entre otras exposiciones. Encargada de la gesti\u00f3n log\u00edstica de los artistas, estuve en contacto con personalidades del panorama nacional e internacional del mundo del tebeo y la ilustraci\u00f3n, participantes en la exposici\u00f3n. Esto me llev\u00f3 a replantearme dedicarme a la ilustraci\u00f3n, un sue\u00f1o que ten\u00eda apartado desde siempre.<br \/>Como \u201cartista\u201d soy autodidacta, aunque no descarto formalizar este hobby con estudios relacionados. He probado muchas t\u00e9cnicas aunque siempre me interesaron m\u00e1s las acuarelas y el grafito. Como voy aprendiendo poco a poco noto gran diferencia entre mis dibujos, lo que motiva a seguir. Supongo que como dicen: nunca es demasiado tarde para empezar a hacer lo que te
